“Bel Sogno” means Beautiful Dream, and this proprietary red blend is exactly that!  This blend enchants in the glass like candlelight emanating from a cozy winter cabin.  A masterful reduction of huckleberry and ripe Autumn currant salutes the palate before cascading into a silky finish of sour cherry and dark plum poured over rich vanilla custard.  As a fireside companion on its own, the Bel Sogno proves a most welcome guest, and truly soars at the dinner table with slow-cooked bourguignon and creamy chanterelles.
