Shipping Policy 

ONLINE ORDERS

• Warm Weather Shipping Advisory: We take immense pride in making sure our wine is delivered to you in the condition and quality our winemaker intended.  Hot temperatures will adversely affect your wine in transit and could significantly damage the product, therefore we strongly recommend selecting our Next Day Air shipping option at checkout. We offer 70% OFF the normal rates and include ice packs to keep your wine cool.  Next Day Air is our only shipping method for June, July and August.  If you choose any other shipping method during these months we cannot replace any damaged product.  We also suggest using this shipping method at any point throughout the year if the temperature in your delivery area is above 80 degrees.  You can also select a future shipping date for your order when temperatures will cool down if you do not want to pay the expedited shipping fees.
• Please allow up to three business days for order processing. Due to increased safety measures caused by COVID-19, processing times may be increased by an additional 1-2 days.
• UPS orders ship Monday through Thursday, and deliver Monday through Friday.
• Orders that are not placed by Thursday at 12:00pm will be sent the following week.  We do not send out any shipments on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
• A signature of someone 21 or older is required for delivery.  We suggest shipping to a commercial/office address where someone is present to sign during regular business hours if someone is not always present at your home address.
• We can also ship to a UPS Store location in your area.  UPS Store locations will hold your package for 5 business days for pick up and a $5 fee may apply.

CLUB ORDERS

• Wine club announcement emails will be emailed within 2-3 weeks of charging your card on file.  These emails will include processing dates, wine details, and club updates.  You can simply reply to these announcements if you have any questions, need to update your account, or if you want to make any changes to your wine selections.
• UPS is our default carrier.
• Your tracking number will be send in an automated shipping email with a link once your order is picked up by UPS.
• We request that pick-up members visit the tasting room to pick-up their wines within 60 days of the release or request for us to ship their club package.

SHIPPING STATES & RESTRICTIONS

The laws governing direct-to-consumer shipments are different in every state and these regulations limit where we can ship wine and how much residents may receive. To ensure that you can order wine from our website and join our wine club, please review the information below. If your state is not listed, we are not currently allowed to ship directly to consumers. We are always making efforts to expand our shipping capabilities and you can help fight direct-to-consumer regulations by visiting freethegrapes.org.
