Our 2023 Escolle Chardonnay opens up with floral notes and an eloquent aroma of apple, peach and a hint of white chocolate. The ripe apple continues on the palate adding flavors of pear and Meyer lemon with great minimality and brilliant, fresh acidity. This wine pairs beautifully with Sea Bass, creamy cheeses and even a white chocolate tart!
